6. Data Retention

  • Investment inquiries and pitch submissions that do not result in investment are retained for up to five years to facilitate potential future engagement and track our sourcing pipeline.
  • Records relating to executed investments are retained for the duration of the investment relationship and for a period of at least ten years thereafter, in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements applicable to registered investment advisers.
  • Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out of communications or request deletion.
  • Website analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention policies of the analytics platforms we use, typically not longer than twenty-six months.

AIOML Capital implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and destruction.
