Prior to founding AIOML Capital, James spent over a decade at leading enterprise software companies, where he built and scaled machine learning platform teams. His expertise spans model infrastructure, MLOps, and enterprise go-to-market strategy for AI-native products.
James's investment philosophy centers on founder quality and technical differentiation. He seeks teams with deep domain expertise and the product discipline to translate AI research into commercial value at scale.

Marcus Webb is a Partner at AIOML Capital, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and supporting investments across the AI/ML infrastructure and enterprise application space. He brings a combination of technical depth and commercial acumen that helps portfolio companies navigate the path from seed stage to enterprise adoption.
Before joining AIOML Capital, Marcus held senior roles in product and engineering at enterprise software firms, where he led teams building large-scale ML pipelines and data platforms. He has a strong network among enterprise CTOs and data leaders across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.
Marcus focuses particularly on MLOps tooling, AI governance, and the emerging infrastructure layer for foundation model deployment. He serves on the boards of several portfolio companies and regularly advises on technical architecture and hiring strategy.
